STACKING UP – The recently completed apartments at 15 Robin by Studiogoto signals the future of condominiums in Singapore. It challenges the conventional way of designing a highrise residential building. The result looks like Lego blocks easily assembled by children.

BILATERAL AFFAIRS – The Thailand/Taiwan art exchange project focuses on the cross-cultural experience of contemporary art, and the possible solution for it to replace a Western perspective. Taiwanese and Thai artists collaborated in many activities such as forums, exhibitions and performances. The exchange was based on themes of cultural similarities and differences between the two countries.
NO PLACE LIKE HOMESTAY – New work by Narong Othavorn and SO is a residential project in Chiang Mai that requires both private and business functionality. There were some challenges which allowed the architecture and the inhabitants to learn more about each other.
LICENSE TO THRILL – Mirko Borsche has been a leading art director for an advertising agency, several newspapers, magazines and the BMW automobile company. In 2007, he founded Bureau Mirko Borsche, his own design studio in Munich, where he has produced a number of award winning projects. He shared his views on the global design business.
