WHERE DO YOU DRAW INSPIRATION FROM?
We draw our ideas from stories and narratives we’ve both heard and seen. Our immediate circle of family and friends, places we frequent and people we’ve come across play a huge role in our design logics. Our kids, nephews and nieces, demonstrate constant curiosity and wonder over everything, we owe it to them to at least push a little harder and build better.
WHERE DO YOU GO, OR WHAT DO YOU DO, WHEN YOU GET STUCK ON A PROJECT?
We count ourselves lucky to be working on a team we consider to be our family; it allows for us to bounce ideas off of each other. The dynamics within our team have matured to a point where each member knows where and how to pick up when one hits a mental block, becomes unmotivated or just finds themselves down in the dumps.

HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE CREATIVITY?
Creativity to us is the ability to craft meaningful and beautiful add-ons out of need and necessity.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE CITY THAT YOU LIVE IN?
KL is young and currently receptive to young designers and entrepreneurs. The people are eager to see and experience the striking of a balance with designers who are eager to experiment and ‘make it.’ It’s a melting pot of opportunities to create, with endless resources and networking possibilities. The city is itching to stand tall with other cities, but its heritage and history anchors it on one spectrum. There’s always a duality that’s in play in KL, it keeps you on the edge and ready to pounce.
