‘Food’ has always been the main factor in our survival. Its evolution has been on parallel with our lives since the very beginning. Embedded within different race and places, food has been changing and developing into many distinct identities. The TASTE TEST exhibition presents experiments, researches, and the possibilities of ‘food consumption’.
SALT AND PEPPER DESIGN STUDIO (Anchana Thongpaitoon / Pipidh Khowsuwan), Patipat Chaiwitesh, party/space/design, Monkey can fly (Jitlakha Suksermsongchai), Sumphat (Rush Pleansuk) are the group of designers that put together this exhibition while working alongside the Faculty of Biotechnology of the Assumption University ((Lead by Patchanee Yasurin). This collaboration resulted in a working model that integrates the knowledge of esthetic of art and design with science.
