DESIGN BY NINE DEGREE STUDIO, THE LATEST SHOWROOM OF TOSTEM IN PHUKET DOES NOT ONLY FUNCTION AS THE BRAND’S PRODUCT SHOWCASE BUT IT ALSO SERVES AS A PLATFORM THAT ALLOWS DESIGNERS AS WELL AS HOMEOWNERS TO ACTUALLY EXPERIENCE AND TRY USING THE DIFFERENT MODELS OF TOSTEM’S PRODUCTS BY THEMSELVES

ปฏิเสธไม่ได้ว่าการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่ดีนั้น ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่รูปลักษณ์ภายนอก แต่รายละเอียดที่ซ่อนอยู่ด้วยนั้นที่มีความสำคัญไม่ต่างกัน ทำให้ผู้ออกแบบหรือเจ้าของโครงการจำเป็นที่จะต้องเลือกสรรผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพมาใช้งาน เช่นเดียวกันกับ TOSTEM ที่มีแนวความคิดเกี่ยวกับ ‘การสร้างสุนทรียภาพภายในที่พักอาศัย’ โดยมุ่งเน้นในพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและสร้างนวัตกรรมที่สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้เป็นสำคัญ
หลายคนคงเคยเห็นหรือสัมผัสกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของ TOSTEM มาแล้วจากงานสถาปนิกฯ งานแสดงสินค้าต่างๆ รวมถึงโชว์รูมที่ CDC และ บุญถาวร ราชพฤกษ์ แต่ล่าสุดเมื่อวันที่ 26 กรกฎาคม 2562 ได้มีการเปิดตัว ‘TOSTEM Demo Room’ ขึ้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ที่ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่โชว์รูมสินค้า แต่จุดประสงค์ของที่นี่สามารถให้นักออกแบบหรือผู้ที่สนใจ ได้เข้ามาลองใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์แต่ละรุ่น โดยพื้นที่ทั้งหมดถูกสร้างขึ้นมาเป็นเสมือนห้องโดยเราสามารถที่จะชมผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ ประตู–หน้าต่างอลูมิเนียม ประตูหน้าบ้าน และ ประตูรั้วภายนอกอาคาร ซึ่งแบ่งออกตามขนาดของอาคารที่จะนำไปใช้งานด้วย ทั้งอาคารบนพื้นราบ อาคารขนาดกลาง และอาคารสูง
หากกล่าวง่ายๆ ว่า TOSTEM แตกต่างจากผลิตภัณฑ์ประตู–หน้าต่างอื่นอย่างไร จากความสำเร็จที่เป็นแบรนด์อันดับ 1 ในญี่ปุ่น ก่อนที่จะเข้ามาเปิดตลาดในประเทศไทย พ่วงด้วยคุณภาพที่ได้มาตรฐาน Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่ากระบวนการผลิตของ TOSTEM นั้นมีประสิทธิภาพทุกกระบวนการ “ด้วยระบบ Pre-Engineering ที่เป็นการผลิตทุกอย่าง และควบคุมคุณภาพทั้งหมดให้สำเร็จมาจากโรงงานเลย เพื่อให้ขนาดทุกอย่างเป็นไปตามการออกแบบที่ทำไว้ ลดปัญหาที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตให้มากที่สุด” นายวิชา วรสายัณห์ ผู้จัดการทั่วไป ทอสเท็ม บริษัท ลิกซิล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) พูดถึงคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์จาก TOSTEM
ด้วยลักษณะภูมิอากาศของจังหวัดภูเก็ตที่มีลมฝนและมรสุมตลอดทั้งปี บวกกับการเติบโตที่ไม่รู้จบของอสังหาริมทรัพย์ภายในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ที่เปรียบเสมือนเมืองหลวงของภาคใต้ ทำให้การมาของ TOSTEM Demo Room น่าจะเกิดประโยชน์แก่สถาปนิก นักออกแบบ หรือนักลงทุนที่นี่ ซึ่งในแง่ของการเติบโตเชิงอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผลิตภัณฑ์ของ TOSTEM จะเข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้างผลงานที่มีคุณภาพมากขึ้น ทุกรูปแบบอาคาร ตั้งแต่บ้านพักอาศัยส่วนบุคคล หรือโรงแรมที่เป็นอาคารสูง “ในกลุ่มของนักออกแบบหลายคนเคยใช้งาน TOSTEM มาก่อนหน้านี้แล้ว ซึ่งจะสามารถรับรู้ได้เลยว่าเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพสูงมาก แต่ว่าทำยังไงให้ลูกค้าหรือคนที่อยากจะใช้ ได้ลองสัมผัส ลองใช้งาน ดูสีต่างๆ มันยังไม่สะดวก ซึ่งพอมีสถานที่ตรงนี้ขึ้นมาก็ทำให้คนที่สนใจเข้าถึงได้ง่ายขึ้น ได้เห็นของจริงว่าสิ่งที่จะใช้คืออะไร” คุณไกรเพชร ศรีทอง จาก Nine Degree Studio ผู้ออกแบบงานนี้พูดถึงประโยชน์ของการที่ TOSTEM มาเปิดตัวที่ภูเก็ตในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่ถูกนำมาเสนอในรูปแบบ “TOSTEM Total Housing Solutions” ที่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์อลูมิเนียมครบวงจร ประตู หน้าต่าง ประตูหน้าบ้าน และผลิตภัณฑ์นอกตัวบ้าน ได้แก่ รุ่น WE 70 ที่เป็นบานวงกบแบบสลิม แต่ยังคงให้ความแข็งแรงทนทานตามมาตรฐาน P7 ที่คุณภาพสูงขึ้นมาอีกระดับเพื่อเป็นทางเลือกให้กับผู้ใช้ รุ่น WE PLUS ที่ผ่านการออกแบบและทดสอบประสิทธิภาพตามมาตราฐาน ASTM และสามารถออกแบบความสูงได้ถึง 3 เมตร รุ่น GRANTS ที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่ของกระจกให้มากขึ้นเพื่อมุมมองที่กว้างกว่าเดิม และ GIESTA ประตูหน้าบ้าน ที่ผู้ใช้สามารถเลือกสี ลาย และรูปแบบของมือจับได้ เป็นต้น
หลากหลายผลิตภัณฑ์จาก TOSTEM ที่หากได้ลองสัมผัสจะทำให้เข้าใจในความใส่ใจของคุณภาพได้มากขึ้น โดยหลังจากที่เปิด TOSTEM Demo Room ที่ภูเก็ตแล้ว เร็วๆ นี้จะเปิดตัวเพิ่มอีกหนึ่งสาขาที่เชียงใหม่ ก่อนที่จะขยายตลาดเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ได้เข้าถึงง่ายขึ้นในอนาคต คงจะดีไม่น้อยหากการออกแบบจะถูกใส่ใจในคุณภาพ และให้ความสำคัญกับรายละเอียดมากขึ้น เพื่อตอบสนองการอยู่อาศัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพอย่างแท้จริง

Standing as Japan’s number one brand for global housing and building materials provides an image of superiority of TOSTEM’s products with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) ensuring highly and thoroughly efficient production process. “With our Pre-engineering system, all of our products are manufactured from the factory with standardized quality control, which means that everything from the sizes to proportions are produced with utmost accuracy in order to best minimize problems during the installation process,” explained Wicha Worasayun, General Manager of TOSTEM, Lixil (Thailand) Public Company Limited.
With Phuket’s local monsoon that welcomes strong wind and rainfall almost all year round and seemingly endless growth of local real-estate scene of the province with an unofficial status as a capital of southern region, the arrival of TOSTEM Demo Room is expected to be beneficial to local architects, designers and investors. Considering the province promising real-estate development scene, TOSTEM’s products will contribute to the improved quality of different types of projects, from private residences, to high-rise hotel buildings. “A considerable number of designers are familiar with TOSTEM’s products and have used them in their projects. They are aware of distinctively superior quality. The only challenge is how to make potential clients and users to want to try and experience actual operation and see the products in greater details.
This space allows potential customers and people who are interested in TOSTEM to have easier access to our products, to actually see what they’re paying for.” Kraiphet Srithong from Nine Degree Studio, the project’s designer, added benefits of TOSTEM’s official arrival in Phuket. The products are presented as “TOSTEM Total Housing Solutions”, offering a comprehensive line of the brand’s aluminum products from doors, windows to entrance doors and exterior products. WE 70 series is the brand’s slim door and window frames with P7 standard guaranteeing the next level of durability and quality, WE PLUS series is designed and tested with ASTM standard offering the maximum height of 3 meters. GRANTS was designed with larger glass surface, granting greater access to the panoramic view while GIESTA is an entrance door series that comes with a variety of colors, patterns and handles for users to choose from.
Following Phuket’s TOSTEM Demo Room, the brand is set to open another branch of its showroom in Chiang Mai very soon before further expanding the market to a wider group of users, welcoming everyone to personally experience the amazing arrays and performance of its products.
