000bjects is a home décor brand pursuing an equilibrium among artistic concepts, aesthetics, and functionality. We also promote collaborative projects with other designers and disciplines.
WHAT
“Turning the arts into objects in everyday life.”
Our design process implements an artistic rationale in creation. Every element of the products are all significance without any redundancies as though they were words that are arranged into an impressive sentence. The sentence we communicate is not a verbally expression but a well composed aesthetics – the art of composing and articulating an expression. We believe this share similarity with how a work of art is constructed within the so called artwork, within the fine art realm. However, the work of art we present is in the form of product designs.

As it has always been, “art values” seem to exist in the realm of fine art but anything else. The art world has been struggling to bridge such values to the general public. 000bjects presents an alternative approach to such attempt by re-defining what an art value is and how the general public can truly appreciate it with intimacy.
Filling in the gap between the art values and the general public, we believe “functionality” is the key. When we treat functionality as a part of an artistic articulation, functionality can in turn become a part of the aesthetics we designed as well. Different from the so called fine art, individual can appreciate the art values through “possession” – not in proximity but intimacy as functionality turns them into a part of their daily life.

We proud of every project we did. Each of them has its own significance as new ideas are discovered, experimented, and executed. All of them are thus valuable and unique for us.
