WHERE YOUR LIFE IS SUDDENLY ON THE SCREEN: HUMAN RESOURCES REVIEW

 Eversince Human Resource had not yet been concieved and existed, (if you don’t mind, let me tell you some personal interior ,back then, there was a French movie that foreshadowing me, whenever there were some troubles, or psychology angst and depressed, all of the sudden, the title of the movie, Un Monde sans Pitié, instantly emerging up to my inner sphere of conscious.

On both term, ‘Human Resource’ and ‘Un monde sans pitié, might have been synonymously reversible,and vice versa, despite the fact that,by sense of meaning in French vocab. of ‘monde’, literary means ‘world’, on the other hand, also conveying ‘men or persons in general’ in which sharing a common ground and basis connotation of human, or human-being as a whole.

No matter what and whatsoever, art of directing the movie which qualification in manipulate and control audiences in theater, rule no.one that the director should keep in mind, at least somehow, in atmost effort would be relying on how and at which extent of attribution, you (or,your movie) enabling in tempting your audiences to be assimilatated and personfied to themselves and identifying like they are seeing their own lives,but displayed on screen.

At least, we can say that Thamrongrattanarith’ s achievement in effort, seemingly implanted some allergic chemical substance into audiences’s veins and let it freely flowing throughly into various organs,no sooner than that it became unified to our frame of body, notwithstanding you had already installed a water purifier appliance, but our immunity already had been worsen,unless we accept it as ineviteable occurrance of dilemma.

Therefore the movie provided us to re-enforcement our energy in resistance,or neglecance manipulative power that meant to dominate on us, no matter how hard we tried to resist, the movie yet discovers our weakest link and successfully harmonizing, then unification into any dimensions of our life experinces that we can’t resist to exclaim ‘Oh,My God It’s My Life!’ at any certain aspect of depicted scenarios, likely to be used as a movie title that anyone of us might have been waiting for a long long time, in expecting someone to make a movie as a record of our life journey.

I’d rather believed that there must be one or two scenes that recalling back our sense of déjà-vu,that’s the hardest and challenging in movie making, at which kind of techniques that stimulates or emphasizing authenticity which intermingle to audience’s perceptive recognitions, as a matter of fact, they were all directing method and setting up in cinematic way, from a minor daily pictorials, (for instance, motorcycles’s violating traffic rules in riding over pedestrians’ s lane), to macro perspectives, patron in zing to the primary school for your baby even from the period of pregnancy.Soon afterwards, any of which that previously you had seen as a tiny little detail, would be expanding into a big scenario, behavior on street of a motorcycle rider, in accumulation with a regular violator whom the main characters confronting with, on their way home that once exposed to us as an extra turned an imprinted-to-our-memory character, consequently,an accumulative result out of altogether may represent mirror-images of our self reflections, as well as our person and our lives.

Therefore, the most significance in the movie oweing a great deal with respectfully attitude to extras, whom conventionally treated as none or nothing better than decorative in details, meanwhile those minucule in real-life, they are all human-beings in flesh and blood, no matter at what extent, they have their own story, despite the fact that when introduced into the story they are all considered as strangers (ie: those applicants for interview), when they appeared to us once more they become as role-characters (at the orientation session for newly recruited employees scene),of course, as the movie-title suggested, to the opposite side, if there’re any one of them disappeared from the story, that presumeably an emergency alert about to come, no sooner than that, it would be expanded into drama complex (alright, it bears a ‘resource’ within the title.)

From then on, from a character previously imposing to us only once, like June,the long absence part, then we had never seen her appearance but she had been mentioned almost of the course of the storyline, at a certain scene, the movie had given us hinted for her background life story, her identity still not yet revealed to us, except we may conclude from certain clues that she may have been a member of royalty blood, noticing from a coziness of the temple, box that contains aflame for ignition in funeral flame, officers who carry the body neatly hair-cut short and wearing khaki uniform.

If any individuals’d got enchanted by some of the images or incidents that the movie ‘s about to test us, as if we are subjects of their experiments, which too simple and obvious that there’ s no need to interprete its hidden symbol, or complicated meaning,all of which rather obvious that almost touched our sensory and perception, but trandenscendancing beyond our sight of visuals into our celebral system that stemming and incentive our immunity in preparation for any kind of signs which accumulated by multiplies its value that initiated by the movie,in rythmic beatings, such as style in presentation which formulated in multi directions like the shape of a spanning star (✳), in which starting from vibes in a work place, before it expands into various scopes, even within interior of each individual, in personification model and method, situations and scenarios in comparison with human body, and let all of them growths chemically and organically.

At some extent, Nawapol seemingly to invite his audiences to play game which his movie setting up rules by its own autonomous authorityship, particularly distracting us by drawing attention into illusion mirage, for example, more than once or twice that there are mentioning some specified places that reknown and existed on the globe, such like Monte Carlo, St.Vincent, all of sudden, the audiences found out that movie had just a decieved that those names of place becomes something else beyond expectation, neither Monte Carlo is not a city, nor St.Vincent is not a church (as well as an image of Eifel Tower is nothing bluntly a post-card as it seems but a reminder to his late short film), except these against and anti-conventional normative rules of Pandora’s box, almost of the central characters tendencies to embrace it’s temptations, then turned victimized afterwards, where Thame, the husband’ s role, business of the company he is working, a dealer of security devices and appliances, in introduction to a new merchandisers, a safety veste, that does not promisingly in protection for the body, helmet for the motor-cycle rider, becoming tool in threatening to the others, et al.
