Foshan Nanhai Paiya Doors&Windows Products Co., Ltd is a brand specializing in aluminium window and door solutions from China, founded in 1990 and built on more than three decades of accumulated experience and expertise. In an era when world-changing innovation is often associated with advanced technology, Paiya proposes a different point of departure: innovation that begins with the refinement of each component. Doors and windows may be understood as the ‘eyes’ of architecture, elements that give a building its sense of presence, spirit and character, and therefore demand close attention.

Paiya’s solutions span automatic and manual window and door systems, balustrades, and sunrooms. Rooted in European technology and further developed by the brand’s own R&D team, these solutions are guided by the CSD principle: Comfort, Safety, and Design. This approach is not limited to improving operational smoothness, but extends to the smallest parts, down to the screws, so that each solution can respond to different architectural typologies, from private residences and resorts to shopping malls and factories.

The range of projects that use Paiya solutions reflects this flexibility. At MASULAND, a seaside hotel project, the design called for a strong visual connection to the surrounding landscape, achieved through floor-to-ceiling glazing in the communal areas and wide window openings in the guest rooms. Paiya has also developed a long-term collaboration with Pang Dong Lai, one of China’s leading retail companies, providing sunroom solutions for smoking areas and pet waiting areas at its supermarkets, as well as sound-insulating windows for staff dormitories within its distribution center, among other applications.

Paiya’s window and door systems are defined by its 5A Ultra-Comfort Advanced Technology, which brings together five areas of performance: noise reduction of up to 39 decibels; thermal insulation that can reduce energy consumption by up to 70%*; safety supported by durable materials and stable frame structures; a customizable design language characteristic of Paiya; and an intelligent system that can be controlled with a single touch.

Following its official launch in Thailand in May 2026, Paiya has positioned its systems in response to the country’s climatic conditions, where high humidity and elevated temperatures are present throughout much of the year. In coastal areas, particularly in the South, salinity can further accelerate material deterioration. To address these conditions, Paiya applies a 12 μm-thick ceramic coating through an electrophoresis process, allowing its aluminium components to resist alkaline conditions longer than standard products, while also improving resistance to humidity, UV exposure, and salt corrosion.
