When it comes to design, we often imagine objects that must strike a balance between beauty and functionality. Yet in reality, design is far more expansive, it can be anything from products and graphics to fashion and architecture. Often, these disciplines intersect seamlessly in our daily lives: graphic elements on product packaging, architecture that can fold away like an object in motion, etc. In this latest collaboration, Thailand’s long-standing real estate developer Sansiri presents its vision of architecture alongside the fashion of VINN PATARARIN, underscoring a belief that beauty is not limited to buildings but is embedded in lifestyle itself.
This summer, Sansiri Phuket + VINN PATARARIN unveil Mystic Sunset, a limited collection of apparel and everyday essentials. VINN PATARARIN approaches the human body as a form of kinetic architecture—an idea that forms the basis of the collection’s design, which draws from architectural principles and the ambiance of summer. The collection is introduced within The Society, a social space for connection and inspiration in Phuket’s Cherngtalay–Bangtao area. Here, traditional Thai architectural forms have been reinterpreted through a modern lens, adapted to the shifting rhythms of contemporary life and evolving patterns of use.
Phuket has long been a travel destination rich in color and character, where the vibrancy of the city, the diversity of its people, and the magnetic pull of the sea converge. This very diversity serves as the inspiration behind Sansiri and VINN PATARARIN’s latest collaboration—a collection shaped by openness and inclusivity. Centered on the theme ‘Inclusive’, the collection seeks to connect travelers from all walks of life through prints and laser-cut detailing, presented across 15 looks designed for effortless mixing and matching. Reflecting current lifestyle trends, including the growing bond between people and their pets, the collection also includes specially designed scarves for beloved four-legged companions.
The monogram for this collaboration was created by merging the curved brackets ‘( )’ from The Society’s logo with VINN PATARARIN’s signature flare motif. This new emblem appears in both printed and laser-cut forms across pieces such as hats, T-shirts, scarves, and mats. The perforated technique not only lends itself to breathable garments ideal for the Thai summer, but also creates a sense of layered exposure—garments that reveal and conceal in equal measure. The result is a nuanced expression of summer charm, evoking the mood of a seaside city where sunlight dances across the surface of the sea in shimmering flashes.
This collaboration between Sansiri Phuket and VINN PATARARIN marks a significant step in expanding Sansiri’s image, from a leading property developer in Thailand to a global lifestyle brand. It reflects a broader vision of experience, one that goes beyond architecture as a place to live, and into the realm of curated living—designing a way of life that feels inclusive, thoughtful, and accessible from every angle.
