It was two years ago, when we saw the launch of SCOPE Langsuan. The project seized Kohn Pedersen Fox and Thomas Juul-Hansen as the design consultants, who proposed a concept that ended up delivering architectural design and interior spaces that contained all the premium and fresh qualities, bringing a very much needed sense of ‘originality’ to Thailand’s real-estate industry. Since then, we haven’t been able to help but wonder about SCOPE Collection’s next project and the kind of excitement it will bring. Without fail, ‘originality’ plays a prominent role in SCOPE Promsri, a project which recently opened on March 1st, 2021. Despite taking up a comparatively smaller space, the brand’s international premium characteristics and its targeted users’ lifestyle are kept intact in SCOPE Collection’s latest addition.
SCOPE Promsri is an eight-story, low-rise condominium in Soi Promsri street, the super prime location known among the Sukhumvit urbanites (especially ones with private vehicles) for it’s the main route that links Soi Phromphong (Sukhumvit 39), Soi Klang (Sukhumvit 49) and Thonglor (Sukhumvit 55) together. Regardless of the smaller size, in comparison to the previous project, SCOPE Promsri is equally packed with qualities and design-oriented elements, from premium grade materials to top-of-the-line products carefully selected for each unit such as Milel’s kitchen appliances, Liebherr ’s built-in refrigerator, or Kohler’s sanitary ware, collectively encapsulating the Young International Premium lifestyle of young achievers, the project’s focused clientele.
“SCOPE’s signature is about International Premium quality and design, which is why we collaborate with globally renowned companies and brands for all of our projects. The collaboration extends beyond a simple use of furniture or a catalogue for our clients to choose from, but a collaborative creation where sizes, materials and limited edition colors are chosen to comprehensively embody the project’s core concept.”
The statement above is SCOPE’s CEO, Yongyuth Chaipromprasith, responding to our question about the special attributes that sets the SCOPE Collection apart from other projects. With SCOPE Promsri, the brand joins forces with a long-standing French furniture house with over 160 years of history, Ligne Roset, for the Creative Co-Creation, making the project a highly anticipated development. Not only will the pieces from Ligne Roset’s existing furniture collections be used as a pivotal part of the decoration of the project’s common areas and living units, but there will also be the addition of the ‘Promsri Table by Ligne Roset’ designed exclusively for SCOPE Promsri.
Along with the special edition of the PRADO sofa designed by Christian Werner where clients are able to choose more than one color as desired, and the table Ligne Roset designs and manufactures only for SCOPE Promsri, the interior decor of the ‘Promsri Edition Fully-Furnished Package’ (worth over THB 890,000) will include a mattress and 400-thread bedding set by Simmons, the brand with 150 years of long history and whose products have been used in 6-star hotels worldwide. “We call it the ‘Promsiri Edition’ because we’re offering, not just special items and furniture, but a lifestyle,” explained Yongyuth.
What’s equally interesting is the project’s architectural design. While the details about the designated architect have not been revealed, it is undeniable that SCOPE Promsri’s simplistic yet sophisticated architectural language is an intriguing integration of SCOPE Collection’s Quality of Thought concept. Not only that, the use of a special reflective glass, which comes with high-quality acoustic film which has the ability to reduce outside noises up to 30%, creating a sense of ‘privacy’ that everyone wishes for. It is an attainable asset for the owners of this urban condominium.
SCOPE Promsri opens with ‘Promsri Edition Fully-Furnished Package’ at the price of THB 6.3 million, and is scheduled to be completed in November of 2022. What’s even more special about this premium condominium project is its meticulously developed and designed program that allows co-owners with pets and those who might not share the same passion for companion animals, to live happily and be a part of the community without any trouble.
March 12th, 2021 will mark the official launch of SCOPE Promsri with the sales gallery open and ready for a visit. On this very same day, reservations will also be available for every Young International Premium individual who is looking for a high-quality life in a high-quality neighbourhood of Sukhumvit.
