A BOOK THAT INVITES US TO INVESTIGATE AND EXPLORE THE DESIGN CONCEPTS AND IDEAS THAT LED TO THE CREATION OF SINDHORN VILLAGE WHICH LEAD US TO QUESTION – WHAT IS THE TRUE MEANING OF LIVING COMFORTABLY?

This seemingly simple question is the impetus for the entire idea that became Sindhorn Village, created by Siam Sindhorn Company Limited. Five residential developments, three hotels, and one community mall are located on the 16.6-acre plot of land along Langsuan Road.
What follows is a summary of the three ideas presented in Sindhorn Village : The Neighbourhood that together provides the answer to the aforementioned question. The book’s 160 pages are peppered with photos that serve to illustrate the project’s goals and highlight its many intricate details.
At the beginning of the journey, ‘Living in the Park’ displays a big graphic of the masterplan showing the complete living environment among luscious plants, towering trees and fresh air. With more than half of the property dedicated to parks and green spaces, all of the present trees, some of which are over a century old, have been saved. The project’s gardens have been carefully planned to correspond with a variety of recreational activities while also weaving together spatial rhythms and clusters of buildings into a coherent whole.
The next chapter describes the distinctive characteristics, designs, and dimensions of the five residential projects: The Residences at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, Sindhorn Lumpini, Sindhorn Tonson, Baan Sindhorn, and Sindhorn Residence. This section of the book, titled ‘Thoughtful Living,’ delves deeper into the ideas behind the development of the projects and the unique design concepts that gave birth to the five residential creations, including design approaches, planning, functional spatial management, interior decoration, and the engineering aspect of the structures and system works, which are executed with incredible precision and attention to detail.
‘Integrated Lifestyle’ concludes the book by inviting readers to spend time in interior programs designed to support the different lives of residents. The final chapter describes each section of Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok Hotel, and the newly completed Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection, before closing the book with Velaa Langsuan, the urban community mall that offers the utmost convenience and comprehensiveness, with the lifestyle spaces reachable on foot, giving users back ‘time,’ the most valuable commodity in a person’s life.
