When the right time came along, the name HAA STUDIO was dusted up and the dreams shared during school days are now being reignited. One of the group members still creates works with a modern style that continues to inspire the younger generation.

HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE CREATIVITY?
A right and fitting creation that combines something new and innovative to things that already exist all the while fulfilling the owners’ requirements, and the most important aspect is to never copy other people’s works.

WHERE DO YOU GO, OR WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU GET STUCK ON A PROJECT?
There are two options.
1. If there’s a limited  time, I would just walk to my own private coffee corner, and make myself a cup of coffee with my favorite manual coffee making kit.
2. If there’s enough time, I would go straight to the site of whatever project I was working on for a change of mood, getting out of the air conditioned office to get some air and sun for a change.

WHAT PROJECT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
HILL HOUSE Project and ZANOLARI’s HOUSE Project. But if I have to choose one, it’s probably HILL HOUSE because I was involved in many aspects of the project. I put in all my mental and physical effort in this project and it was the first time that I was responsible as both the project’s architect and contractor. I was a part of the project since the project was an empty plot of land, working on the design, working with the builders, finding solutions to the problems that occurred throughout the entire process until everything was completed and the house was handed over to the owner. Our team was a part of the project from the very start to finish.

IF YOU COULD INVITE ANY CREATIVE OUT FOR COFFEE, WHO WOULD YOU CHOOSE AND WHY?
Assistant Professor Preechaya Rojruedakorn of Bangkok University (he was formerly a professor at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi). He is the person who helps me bring out my ability and spirit as an architect, enabling me to fully see and be more confident in my own potential.
