The Glamor Pool Villa Residences Praditmanutham by Peace & Living is the project that has earned the winning title of ‘Best Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) of 2021 from the gold standard platform, PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards. Situated on Bangkok’s Praditmanutham Road, the housing estate’s prime suburban location has convenient access to Thanon Liap Thang Duan Ekamai-Ramintra Road that runs along the Ekamai-Ramindra Expressway. Defining itself as ‘Luxury City Pool Villa,’ the project interprets and presents luxury as something that goes hand in hand with the serenity and privacy of its residents with the use of materials such as the wooden and marble patterns that have been meticulously selected. The project is home to merely 18 residences, each with its own private swimming pool. The state-of-the-art facilities make The Glamor Pool Villa Residences Praditmanutham a super luxury housing estate that reimagines the definition of a ‘home’ into a place of ultimate rest and relaxation where one can strip off the pressure and find the ultimate comfort and peace, just like how they would from an upscale vacation home.
While the semi-enclosed architectural design provides the needed undisturbed privacy, the interior program of the project’s three-story home comes with 450-square meter functional space, thoughtfully designed to be spacious, open and extremely comfortable. Entering the house, one is greeted with the 11-meter high foyer and stairway connecting the three stories into a unified volume. The visually relaxing foyer reveals an incredible dimension of the interplay between different levels of the house while the grand helical staircase allows residents to be visually connected. Visual accessibility is also one of the design’s prioritized elements as evident in the way the outdoor swimming pool is linked to the house’s interior program with a beautifully designed pool deck. The connectivity is materialized through the inside-out and outside-in visual access, joining different rooms into one spatial flow instead of having entirely separated areas.
The highlight of Glamor Pool Villa Residences Praditmanutham is the 8.5 x 3-meter swimming pool designed to be conveniently accessed from the house. The pool deck connecting the living space serves as a semi-outdoor area for residents to freely use to relax or as a poolside hang out space where visitors are accommodated. The connection between the interior program, outdoor space and swimming pool offers functional freedom and turns the house into a true resting place that answers to dwellers’ needs and preferences.

The interior program inside each house at The Glamor Pool Villa Residences Praditmanutham stand out with the layout that includes three ensuite master bedrooms located on the second and third floor. Each room is big enough to accommodate a king size bed with more than enough space left for decoration. Usable as kids rooms, these bedrooms allow each user to make their own adjustments in the future as they grow up. The master bedrooms on the third floor are joined with a sizable roofed terrace, another nice lounging area of the house. The mezzanine hosts a large 44-square meter living wing with 4-meter high double volume space. The area is distinctive with the massive glass opening with the height that is almost equal to that of the wall, rendering incredible openness while bringing in natural light from three different directions with diverse multi functionality that can be applied to suit users’ different preferences.

Everything is put together to tell the story of a house where rest can be found in various forms and experiences. Rest can be spending time alone, reading by the pool, or a great time shared with friends and loved-ones during a small lovely gathering. No matter what a person’s idea of rest is, The Glamor Pool Villa Residences Praditmanutham by Peace and Living has what it takes to fulfil one’s imagination for a place they call ‘home.’
